Every kilometer run and every race completed directly contributes to education and essential living conditions. Movement becomes motivation, and effort turns into lasting change. By sponsoring education, you directly motivate me to run 180 kilometers in that same month. Your support is not passive — it’s fuel. Every sponsorship is a commitment I carry with me on every run. Knowing that a child’s education depends on my consistency pushes me to lace up even on tired days, in bad weather, and when motivation is low. Running has always helped me push my limits—physically and mentally. With this project, I want to turn that personal challenge into something bigger than myself. Education opens doors and creates opportunities for life, while access to proper sanitation is fundamental to health and dignity.
Ich habe mir ein großes Ziel gesetzt: In nur 3 Tagen möchte ich 150 Kilometer laufen – und das im schönen Basel-Land! Dieser Lauf ist kein Wettkampf, sondern ein Spendenlauf für Kinder in Not. Ich möchte mit dieser Aktion Aufmerksamkeit schaffen und Spenden sammeln, um Kindern zu helfen, die dringend unsere Unterstützung brauchen. 📍 Ort: Basel-Land 📅 Dauer: 3 Tage 🗓️ Datum: 17.04.2026 – 19.04.2026 🏁 Distanz: 150 km 🎯 Ziel: Hilfe für Kinder in Not Danke für deine Spende!
Wir reisen im Januar nach Rwanda und werden dort unter anderem das Überlebensprogramm von Compassion besuchen und kennenlernen. Diese Reise nach Rwanda ist mehr als nur das Entdecken eines neuen Landes. Sie ist eine Reise mit Sinn – ein konkretes Engagement für die Schwächsten. Unser Ziel ist es, als Gruppe 1-2 lokale Überlebensprogramme für Mütter und Babys für ein ganzes Jahr zu finanzieren. Jeweils 15 schwangere Frauen und Mütter von Neugeborenen werden in einem Überlebensprogramm ganzheitlich unterstützt. Das Programm sichert mit medizinischer und materieller Unterstützung nicht nur das Überleben von Mütter und ihren Babys, sondern zielt genauso darauf ab, mit Beratungen, psychosozialer und geistlicher Betreuung sowie Ausbildung zur Einkommensschaffung die Frauen zu stärken – damit sie auch nach Abschluss des Programms im Leben erfolgreich sein können. Il programma di aiuti alimentare è una risposta al massiccio aumento dei prezzi dei prodotti alimentari dovuto all'attuale crisi alimentare. Il programma distribuisce scorte alimentari alle famiglie in situazioni di particolare vulnerabilità.

Ogni giorno, 17.000 bambini sotto i cinque anni muoiono per cause per lo più evitabili. Il programma di sopravvivenza è rivolto alle madri in dolce attesa e ai loro piccoli che vivono in condizioni di estrema povertà. Fornisce loro un supporto sostenibile per le loro esigenze sanitarie, economiche e sociali prima e dopo il parto. Le madri imparano: Non sono sola e mio figlio può sopravvivere.
offrire accesso alle toilette
L’accesso all’acqua potabile e a servizi igienici sicuri ha un ruolo fondamentale nello sviluppo dei bambini. Compassion si impegna a costruire pozzi, servizi igienici e istallazioni sanitarie nei centri di sviluppo infantile e per le popolazioni locali. Queste infrastrutture riducono in modo significativo la diffusione delle malattie e l’assenteismo scolastico.
Apprendistato per giovani in Burkina Faso
Les jeunes de la région de Fada au Burkina Faso vivent dans des conditions très modestes. La situation s’est détériorée en raison de la multiplication des conflits dans le pays. Le projet de formation de Compassion leur offre une perspective d’avenir nouvelle. Ils accèdent à une formation dans un secteur où ils peuvent ensuite trouver un emploi ou se mettre à leur compte. Les jeunes bénéficient aussi d’une formation en gestion d’entreprise et en marketing numérique. Ils sont ainsi assurés de pouvoir créer et promouvoir leur petite entreprise aussi bien physiquement que de manière digitale. A la fin de la formation, ils reçoivent un kit de matériel leur permettant de se mettre à leur compte dans le métier qu’ils ont appris.
