About the project

Wir reisen im Januar nach Rwanda und werden dort unter anderem das Überlebensprogramm von Compassion besuchen und kennenlernen.
Diese Reise nach Rwanda ist mehr als nur das Entdecken eines neuen Landes. Sie ist eine Reise mit Sinn – ein konkretes
Engagement für die Schwächsten.

Unser Ziel ist es, als Gruppe 1-2 lokale Überlebensprogramme für Mütter und Babys für ein ganzes Jahr zu finanzieren.
Jeweils 15 schwangere Frauen und Mütter von Neugeborenen werden in einem Überlebensprogramm ganzheitlich unterstützt. Das Programm sichert mit medizinischer und materieller Unterstützung nicht nur das Überleben von Mütter und ihren Babys, sondern zielt genauso darauf ab, mit Beratungen, psychosozialer und geistlicher Betreuung sowie Ausbildung zur Einkommensschaffung die Frauen zu stärken – damit sie auch nach Abschluss des Programms im Leben erfolgreich sein können.

The Child Survival Program is designed to support pregnant women and their newborns. This fund helps to take care of their health, economic and social needs.

Sostegno a distanza dei bambini

Con 42.-CHF al mese, offri ad un bambino la possibilità di sfuggire dalla povertà. Il sostegno a distanza assicura al bambino un posto sicuro, dove sentirsi amato e protetto. In particolare fornisce accesso alla scuola e dopo scuola, pasti regolari ed equilibrati, controlli medici regolari, una formazione sull'igiene, ecc. Ogni settimana, il bambino partecipa alle attività di una delle 8.600 chiese partner locali di Compassion, dove può scoprire e sviluppare i propri talenti.
